Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at support@unitek-products.com with your order number for any problem. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase. We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.

Returns must include all accessories:
1. Items must include original packaging
2. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
3. For quality-related warranty claims, Unitek refunds the cost of the product itself
4. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
