Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at support@unitek-products.com with your order number for any problems. We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered. 

Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for defective or faulty products. 

In case of any defective or faulty product(s), refunds/ returns may be arranged provided that the customer contacts UNITEK via email within seven (7) days upon receipt of product(s). Refunds will be made to the original method of purchase.

Returns must include all accessories:
1. Items must include original packaging
2. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
3. For quality-related warranty claims, Unitek refunds the cost of the product itself
4. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
